iPod and worship

For the past month, I’ve used my iPod to control our music before and after our services. I’m sure someone has thought of this before me–but what a great tool! We create play lists with songs that match the overall theme for the day. It’s a lot easier than burning CD’s and it’s easier to mix up the music so we aren’t playing the same CD over and over again.

So I have to ask, how does your church handle pre and post worship music?

We have done almost the same thing, except using iTunes. All the music is on the computer and, as you do, we have created playlists and it works great.

Sometimes we use CD’s, sometimes I just do my own prelude music on the piano.
